 Foncière des Régions seeks to make the most of property assets by strengthening partnerships, always with a view to promoting a long-term strategy :

  • 2011, new agreement with France Telecom concerning assets worth €510 million at 194 sites, half of which are in Paris and the Ile-de-France region.
  • 2011, off-plan acquisition of the head office of Eiffage Construction. A five-level 10,800 SQ.M. building with HQE certification and the BBC (low energy building) label, in Velizy-Villacoublay.
  • 2011, acquisition of the head office of Degrémont, a subsidiary of Suez Environnement, in Rueil-Malmaison.

Foncière des Régions continues its drive to constantly enhance the value of assets by combining this dynamic asset management policy with an annual portfolio turnover of 5-10%.
