Jean Laurent, Chairman of the Board of Directors (*) (67 ans)

Jean Laurent

Jean Laurent graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique with a degree in Aeronautical/Civil Engineering in 1967 and holds a Master of Sciences from Wichita State University, Kansas, USA.
He spent his entire career with the Crédit Agricole Group, starting out in regional banking with Crédit Agricole in Toulouse, followed by positions in Loiret and in Ile-de-France (Greater Paris area), where he held and supervised a number of retail banking positions.
Mr Laurent then joined Caisse Nationale du Crédit Agricole, initially as Deputy General Manager (1993-1999), then as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager (1999-2005).
He successfully saw through the bank's IPO in 2001 and was instrumental in the merger between Crédit Agricole and Crédit Lyonnais.
Now retired, Mr Laurent sits as non-executive director on the boards of several major companies.
He has received a number of decorations, including the Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur, Officier du Mérite Agricole, Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et Lettres, and Officier de l’Ordre National du Mérite.

Leonardo Del Vecchio

Leonardo Del Vecchio, 75, is Chairman and Founder of the Luxottica Group, the world's leading name in the design, manufacture and distribution of eyewear. This company is listed on the NYSE since 1990.

He is a member of the board of Assicurazioni Generali, Gianni Versace, Delfin and Aterno.

Leonardo Del Vecchio is a recipient of the Italian order of merit for achievements in business (Cavaliere del Lavoro), awarded by the President of the Italian Republic.

Catherine Allonas Barthe

Catherine Allonas Barthe, 55, is an alumnus of the Paris graduate school of economics, statistics and finance (ENSAE) and holds a master's degree in mathematics.

From 1992 to 2003 Ms Allonas was CFO of SOCAPI, a CIC bank subsidiary.

In 2003 Catherine Allonas has been appointed as CFO of Crédit Mutuel Insurance. In addition, she is CEO of ACM Vie Mutuelle.

Romolo Bardin , Member of the Board of Directors - Permanent Representative for Aterno

Romolo Bardin

Romolo Bardin, 32, is graduated in business management from Ca’Foscari University in Venice.

He began his career at Sunglass Hut Europe in London and then in the Luxottica Group in Italy.

He is now CFO of Delfin and he is currently a member of the Board of Delfin and the Board of Aterno.

Jean-Luc Biamonti, Member of the Board of Directors (*)

Jean-Luc Biamonti

Graduated of an MBA from Columbia University and from ESSEC, Jean-Luc Biamonti, 57, served as Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Group Inc. from 2003 to 2008. He successively was appointed as co-head of the French subsidiary and responsible of the European Consumer & Retail sector.

He left Goldman Sachs in 2008 and has created an investment business dedicated to medium-sized companies operating in various sectors (media, online gaming, energy, internet or hospitality).

Lionel Calvez, Member of the Board of Directors - Permanent Representative for GMF Vie

Lionel Calvez

Lionel Calvez, 38, is graduated of the Institute of Actuaries EURIA (1995).

He began his career in an insurance company subsidiary of the Group MACIF.

Then he joined MAAF-Vie, a subsidiary of the Group MAAF, as head of studies on profitability and profit margins in insurance. In 2002 he became head the Actuarial Department and the Information System Department before being appointed as Director of the Financial Strategy of the Group MAAF Assurances in 2006.

Sergio Erede , Member of the Board of Directors

Sergio Erede

Sergio Erede, 70, is a graduate of the University of Milan (1962). He obtained his LLM from Harvard Law School in 1964.

He became a member of the bar association of Italy in 1967. Mr Erede is one of the founding associates of Luxottica and is a Board Member at a number of companies, including Autogrill, Marzotto, Luxottica and Banca Nazionale del Lavoro. He worked at Hale & Door in Boston from 1963 to 1964, then at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. From 1965 to 1969, he managed the legal department at IBM Italy.

Sergio Erede founded Erede e Associati in 1995, which rose to fame in the areas of M&A and securities transactions.

Bertrand de Feydeau , Member of the Board of Directors (*)

Bertrand de Feydeau

Bertrand de Feydeau, 62, is graduated of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris and he holds a Law master’s degree. He is the former CFO of the Union Internationale Immobilière (International Real Estate Union) (1972-1982) and the former General Manager of AXA Group Real estate (1982-2000).

He served as Director General of the “Association Diocésaine” de Paris until June 30, 2010. He is now Chairman of the Board of Foncière Développement Logements (FDL), of the Fondation des Bernardins, and of the Fondation Palladio.

He is member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and member of the Board of Directors of the “Fédération des Sociétés Immobilières et Foncières” (FSIF).

Jérôme Grivet, Member of the Board of Directors - Permanent Representative for Predica

Jérôme Grivet

Jérôme Grivet, 48, is a graduate of ESSEC, Sciences Po and Ecole Nationale d’Administration. He has served as a senior Treasury auditor and as advisor for European affairs in the staff of France’s prime minister. In 1998 he joined Crédit Lyonnais, first as chief financial officer for retail banking operations in France, then as director of strategy.

Since 2004, he had pursued his career in Calyon as member of executive Committee and deputy chief executive officer since September 2007. In 2010 he has been appointed as CEO of Predica and CEO of Crédit Agricole Insurance.

Christophe Kullmann , Member of the Board of Directors - CEO of Foncière des Régions

Christophe Kullmann

Christophe Kullmann, 46, CEO of Foncière des Régions Management Board . He was instrumental in growing the company into a leading office real estate company with Europe's largest property portfolio.

He has spent his entire career in real estate.

Mr Kullmann was Finance Director of Immobilière Batibail, a property group listed on the stock market, from 1992 until its merger with Gécina in 1999, when he became CFO of Gécina.
He joined Foncière des Régions In 2001 as Chairman of the Management Board.

Micaela Le Divelec , Member of the Board of Directors (*)

Micaela Le Divelec

Ms. Micaela The Divelec, 43, is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gucci, a member of the PPR group.

She is responsible for finance, compliance, information systems management, legal affairs, human resources, security aspects and Corporate Social Responsibility. Before being appointed to his current position, she was Chief Financial Officer of Gucci and certain of its subsidiaries in Italy after having held various positions in the department of finance and management control.

She began her career as an auditor with the firm Ernst & Young.

Pierre Vaquier, Member of the Board of Directors (*)

Pierre Vaquier

Pierre Vaquier, 53, holds a degree from HEC business school. He is member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

In 1980, he became an associate at the Paribas International Investment Bank. In 1993, he joined AXA as Development Director of AXA Immobilier in Paris.

He is currently CEO of AXA REIM, also chairing the board and executive committee. Mr Vaquier is Vice President and Member of the Board of Logement Français, and a Director of Foncière des Régions and Mercialys.
