Management and Organization
According to the resolutions approved by the Shareholders, January 31st, during the annual meeting that decided to shift the rules of the administration and the management of the Company, the Board of Directors held after the meeting has chosen to split the functions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer and has consequently appointed Mr. Christophe Kullmann as CEO for a four years term.
During the same meeting, and upon the CEO’s proposal, the Board of Directors has nominated MM Olivier Esteve and Aldo Mazzocco as Deputy General Managers.
Christophe Kullmann, Chief Executive Officer
Christophe Kullmann, 46, CEO of Foncière des Régions Management Board . He was instrumental in growing the company into a leading office real estate company with Europe's largest property portfolio.
He has spent his entire career in real estate. Mr Kullmann was Finance Director of Immobilière Batibail, a property group listed on the stock market, from 1992 until its merger with Gécina in 1999, when he became CFO of Gécina.
He joined Foncière des Régions In 2001 as Chairman of the Management Board.
Olivier Estève, Deputy General Manager
Olivier Estève, 47, and is a graduate of the public works engineering school ESTP. Between 1990 and 2001, he held a number of positions within the Bouygues Group such as Sales & Marketing Manager, and later, Director of Development for the general contracting subsidiary SB-Ballestrero.
He worked as real-estate director for major development projects in the service sector.
Olivier Estève joined Foncière des Régions in September 2002. He is currently in charge of the Office Real Estate.
Aldo Mazzocco, Deputy General Manager
Aldo Mazzocco, 51, is a graduate in engineering from the University of Padua, he earned an MBA from Bocconi University in Milan.
He is currently CEO of Beni Stabili Beni Stabili, the number one Italian SIIQ.
