2010
• The Carré Suffren building located in the 15th district of Paris leased to AON (15,000 SQ.M.), the French Ministry of Education (5,000 SQ.M.) and to the Institut Français (3,000 SQ.M.).
• Beni Stabili, Office subsidiary of Foncière des Régions in Italy, obtains SIIQ (listed property investment company) status.
• In La Défense, delivery of the fully refurbished CB 21 tower, with 68,000 SQ.M. of offices and BREEAM certification.
• Acquisition off-plan of the head office of Eiffage Construction, HQE certified BBC (low energy building) label building, located in Vélizy (France) and delivered in October 2011.
• Along with the project’s other four partners, Foncière des Régions laid the first stone of the first plot of the Amphithéâtre business park in Metz.
• Foncière des Régions won the SIIC Trophy 2010 in the Best Transaction of the Year category for the exceptional dividend distribution carried out in 2010.
