A real partnership with tenants
Responsible real-estate management requires a commitment on the part of both owner and tenant. Foncière des Régions has set up partnership committees with each of its main clients. These committees give occupants an opportunity to convey their needs to Foncière des Régions and work together to find tailored solutions.
A creating value works policy
Foncière des Régions pursues a proactive works policy designed to improve the energy performance, reduce
the carbon footprint and contain the health and environmental risks of its properties:
- In Boulogne Billancourt, 30% reduction in the consumption of a 7,500 sq. m building delivered in July 2011
- In La Défense, on the completion of a €130m million project, CB 21 - http://www.cb21.fr/ was awarded BREEAM certification.
- In Villeurbanne, after restructuring 12,000 sq. m of offices, dual HQE and BREEAM certification and the Effinergie© BBC (low energy building) label will be awarded.
