Palladio Foundation

Birth of the Palladio Foundation

The Palladio Foundation was established in 2009 through the involvement of its founding sponsors, not least of which is Foncière des Régions. Under the aegis of the Fondation de France, Palladio aims to bring together all the stakeholders in the property industry to ensure its promotion through training, support for research projects and consultation with all those who contribute to creating and developing urban environments.

Unite the property industry stakeholders

Palladio has five founding members: Foncière des Régions, Altarea, GE Real Estate Europe, Klépierre and FSIF-Copi, and has four goals: higher university education; doctoral research and education (Institut de Recherche en Sciences Immobilières); the allocation of scholarships and awards; and the creation of the Institut des Hautes Etudes Immobilières (IDHEI – Institute of Higher Real Estate Studies).

Commit to training tomorrow’s professionals

In joining Palladio, Foncière des Régions will be participating in the dissemination of solid knowledge of the property industry applied to many professions: asset and property management, finance, technical questions, and so on. The goal is quite simply to promote a sector, property, and professions in order to prepare and train the market’s future human resources. By investing today in training tomorrow’s talent, we are focussing on the future and better preparing for the changes tomorrow will bring.
