Foncière des Régions has adopted a global and coherent Sustainable Development Strategy tailored to the direct and indirect impact of its property activity.
A comprehensive approach to corporate responsibility
Foncière des Régions’ Sustainable Development Strategy is based on four commitments:
- Property: improve the environmental performance of assets, maintain its attractiveness and maximize its value;
- Employees: implement an ambitious employee policy that recognizes skills and encourages mobility;
- Governance: ensure transparency and reporting for our projects, in accordance with the values of ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR);
- Community: play an active role in the life of the city.
Developing a more greener approach to real estate
Foncière des Régions is actively involved in the campaign to promote progress in this area and sustainable development within the property sector at the national level:
- Participation in several working groups for France’s environmental construction plan (Plan Bâtiment Grenelle Environnement).
- Steering the sustainable development working group at RICS France,
- Member of SB Alliance - , AFILOG, Apogée, France GBC et Association HQE.
